Releasing Blocked Patterns and Integrating Trauma

Some experiences from your past may be long over — yet they still live on inside you.

Maybe you turn to alcohol, drugs, or other ways to numb yourself, to keep going, or simply to feel something again.

Maybe life feels like a constant race — it’s hard to take a break, and true rest feels out of reach.

Or you find yourself reacting to life instead of leading it — and all the choices and possibilities around you feel more overwhelming than freeing.

What you feel makes sense — and healing is possible.

When your body stays on high alert, when old experiences still echo through you, or when you’re constantly pushing yourself to the edge — it’s not a sign of weakness or failure.

These are your nervous system’s survival responses, trying to keep you safe.

As a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner and licensed healing practitioner (Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy), I offer body-based trauma therapy that helps you reconnect with your body, emotions, and sense of inner balance.

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a gentle, somatic approach to healing trauma, chronic stress, and anxiety by supporting your body’s natural capacity to restore safety and regulation. In a safe, supportive environment, we explore what your system needs to feel calmer, more grounded, and more alive — at your own pace.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free, no-pressure consultation to explore whether Somatic Experiencing therapy might be right for you.

Therapy for Performing Artists: Performance Anxiety, Inner Blocks, or a Tight Voice

Are you an performing artist, musician, or actor who struggles with anxiety, tension, or strong physical reactions before or during performances?

Being seen and expressive is part of your work — but allowing yourself to be vulnerable and visible can feel deeply uncomfortable when fear of judgment or criticism takes over.

Maybe you’re at the beginning of your artistic career and feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or frozen by pressure and expectations.

Or perhaps your voice feels blocked, and you long for more freedom, confidence, and presence in your creative expression.

As a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner, Heilpraktikerin for Psychotherapy, and former performing artist, I understand the emotional and physical challenges that come with creative work and stage performance.

Through body-based trauma therapy for artists, I offer a somatic approach to working with performance anxiety, stage fright, creative blockages, and chronic stress.

Together, we’ll focus on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and cultivating a deeper sense of safety and authenticity in your artistic expression.

My sessions are trauma-informed, compassionate, and resource-oriented, always adapted to your unique needs and pace.

I provide a safe and supportive space where you can show up as you are — and gradually reconnect with your presence, strength, and creative freedom.

If you’d like to learn more, I invite you to book a free introductory session and begin your journey toward balance, resilience, and embodied expression.
