Offline Session

In my therapy room at Pfalzburger Strasse 53, Berlin, we’ll take time to explore your experiences and current challenges together.

Fee: €80 for 60 minutes (self-pay)

Walk & Talk

For those with demanding jobs or those who enjoy being active in nature and draw strength from it, I also offer "Walk & Talk " sessions. We walk in the Grunewald forest, on Tempelhofer Feld, or in Volkspark Wilmersdorf, at the client's pace, with plenty of opportunities to pause and rest as needed. Moving in the fresh air strengthens resources and enhances awareness of the present moment, thereby relaxing the nervous system and allowing us to delve into deeper processes. At the same time, this has been proven to increase vitamin D levels, lower the stress hormone cortisol, and improve communication between the two hemispheres of the brain.

Online Session

If you currently prefer not to leave home — or live outside of Berlin — I also offer online sessions via Zoom.
You’ll receive the same level of presence and support, guided safely through your process from wherever you are.
